Hi, thank you for trusting Healthcare Magic.

I see that you may feel exhausted with this condition. The excessive sweating can be caused either by grave disease or the effects of synthroid drugs.

You can take the following steps to reduce excessive sweating:
1. Use a roll-on antiperspirant, spray, or lotion to control sweat
2. Immediately take a bath when excessive sweating
3. Reduce sweating activity
4. Manage stress well
5. Make sure your room temperature is cool enough
6. Wear a loose clothes

If with those tips the excessive sweat not go away, I suggest you to come visit your treating doctor. Some medical procedures that can be done by doctors to deal with excessive sweating are drugs to control sweat glands, surgery, iontophoresis procedures, botox injections, and treatment of underlying diseases.

Take care.
