I was in a lot of stress due to taking care of my comatose mother who eventually dies last August of this year while simultaneously going to school. Im 59 years old but doesn t look my age cuz I m athletic. But for almost a year, I have stopped working out and playing competitive tennis. I gained 10 lbs as a result and have developed mid-section stubborn fats. I noticed I easily get mild knee injuries so I m not able to run as I used to at the gym. I reasearch a lot and found that my body have probably produced a lot of cortisol hormones which I probably must still be in that stage. My question is - what do I need to do to lose all the gained 10 lbs considering my gym routine has been limited from running? What supplements can I take to enhance the slimming process?
