Thereby the sperm concentration can be reduced. It s important that the frequency of masturbation to be reduced in order to increase the viscosity of the seminal fluid. Likewise an intake of a good protein diet is required to reverse the seminal fluid dynamics. Maintain adequate hydration approximately three to four litres of water. Many of these abnormalities can be reversed with cessation of masturbation for two or more weeks. I generally prescribe oral medications of CoQ forte to my patients.
