How Can Erectile Dysfunction With Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?

sir my penis is bent at the middle,and semen comes if i think something hot,or when talking with a girl and even during watching songs.and it is due to over masturbation.I need to cure so early..what can i do now... i'm taking homeo medicine but its too slow..is there any better suggestion?

I can understand what you are going through.If I had similar patinet visiting my clinic I would have started him with paroxetine 12.5 mg and gradually increased to 25 mg if required.Usually this dose treats the condition.I would also like to clarify that excessive masturbation doesnt cause this.If there is problem in erection also apart from early ejaculation, I would have added bupropion sustained release preparation at dose of 150 mg and gradually increased to 150 mg twice a day.
