How Can Eosinophil Count Be Lowered?

Hello Sir, I need your help. My daughter 10years old has high Eosinophils count 10.9%. She is getting allergic these days like cough, cold very easily. How to control this count? Doctor suggested to take Albendazole 200mg tablet daily to control this and suggested the blood count. Is there any other method to control Eosinophil other than Albendazole procedure?
