General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thankyou for the query at HCM

Your liver enzymes are only mildly elevated and in range of what is usually seen in fatty liver.

The conditiion is treated mainly by life style changes.
Loose weight if your weight is not ideal
Avoid fatty fried food. Control cholesterol levels.
Exercise daily.
Avoid alchohol
Avoid medications that put stress on your liver like acetaminophen as much as possible
Eat plenty of fiber rich food like fruits and vegetables.

No other active intervention is needed at this point.
Follow up liver enzymes and cholesterol levels after 3 months.

Hope I was able to answer your question
Please address any more concerns here
Regards
Dr.Lekshmi
