How Can Elevated Heart Rate After A Ruptured Aneurysm Be Treated?

my brother had a ruptured aneurysm, in come 31 days, he is off ventilator for a week, opened his eyes several times, but no tracking, his limbs moves, lately his heart rate was about 100 per minute. What is the reason for it. His heart rate was all normal during ICU.

When the body is under stress, slight tachycardia can occur . He has had a major event and it could be that that is the reason.
