hi i am 25 male and recently i have been diagnsed with high cholesterol my hdl is 50 and ldl is 150 trygylerrcide is 100 i m not taking medicine and trying to reduce it by my lifestyle changes...i ve been running for 40 minutes in the morning and evening two times a day and avoided most of the junk food and having the healthy dieting...would it be helpfull for me...
