General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

With dietary restrictions and exercise you will improve lipid profile slowly. If you have no effect after 3 months, then you should take tablet Atorvastatin once a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
