General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Since the eardrum is perforated, it needs to be clinically evaluated. Also, since aspargillus has come positive in culture, it needs to be treated with use of appropriate antifungal medication. Do not try any medication on your own. Kindly consult ENT specialist with the reports for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
