How Can Drug Addition Be Treated?

My grandson has be additicted to drugs off and on now for 10 years. He has been in re hab 6 times only to fall back on the drugs. The whole thing started with opioids from a back injury........then the doctor that had been prescribing them would not any more, then grandson turned to street drugs.
