Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion you have you have injured your knee or leg while coming down from chair. It is possible that you have hurt some ligaments in knee or ankle and that is causing pain. I recommend pain killers and Ice locally to ease the pain .

If you do not get relief then please consult orthopedic surgeon for proper diagnosis and further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Gopal Goel, Orthopaedic Surgeon
