General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using Ask A Doctor service.

Diarrhea is side effect of Clindamycin, so first of all stop further intake of the Clindamycin.

Continue to drink more liquids, pro biotics in form of fresh curd, capsules from pharmacy.

Do not consume garlic, which is a gastro irritant and must be avoided in diarrhea episode for smooth recovery.

Consult your doc as per the need.

Take care.
