How Can Diarrhea In An Infant Be Treated?

My 3 month old child had diarrhea for 13days l done stool analysis which show only fatty glubiline +++,!? I keep it hem 24h with out milk only ORS and water , the diarrhea stoped and I start breast feeding. My Qus. Which type of milk should I start free lactose or I but hem back in his milk ?

as per history of the child is concerned he has lactose intolerance so add a lactase derived from yeast as drop or chewable tablets prior to ingestion of lactose -containing substances.use diary products with reduced or no lactose.if possible add a galactooligosaccharide.
