How Can Diarrhea Be Treated?

Within the last few months I have had a few episodes of diarrhea, usually in the afternoon after eating, and in the last month or so my stool has been loose at times, but seems to be helped by drinking psylium fiber with water. Should I be concerned? I have had no change in diet that I can think of.
