General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern

The symptoms your are describing is suggestive of acute gastroenteritis, most likely viral. Drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated. Follow liquid diet like soup until diarrhea subsides.Include BRAT (Banana, rice, Apple Sauce and toast) diet for few days after the acute symptoms have subsided.
Of you do not notice any improvement in next 2 to 3 days, then possible bacterial gastroenteritis need to be considered and antibiotics need to be initiated.
