General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Based on your description, it appears that you are having infection of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT).

Kindly do the following to overcome it.
• Take a course of oral antibiotics containing Ofloxacin and Ornidazole.
• Take oral rehydration solution (ORS) and drink good quantities of water to keep yourself well hydrated.

Gradually, you should be able to overcome it and be back to normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
