General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The problem you have is really concerning and I can understand the difficulty you have with this. According to my understanding, this is not that simple ailment that a nurse can treat. You need to talk to a gastroenterologist and may need talking to a neurologist as well. This would be a very detailed evaluation and after that something better can be done.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Take care.
