How Can Diarrhea Along With Nausea And Joint Pain Be Treated?

For the past 5 days I have had diarrhea, nausea, severe bone and joint pain, dizziness, neuropathy in my thighs, fever (highest 103), night sweats and finally severe thirst. I have checked my sugar and it is running in the 90 s. Can you help. As recently as 4 weeks ago I had the Reclast infusion.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is true that Reclast gives all these flu symptoms, but within 3-4 days.
It has passed 4 weeks, so these symptoms are not related to Reclast. Maybe you have got a flu and it will get better within a week.
You can use Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen for pain relief.
Use Simethicone or Loperamide for diarrhea.
Use probiotic such as enterogermina to establish the intestinal flora.
Drink lots of fluids and water.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka,
