How Can Diabetes Along With Gout Be Treated?

I have type 2 diabetes, working very hard to get sugars down. Was in the hospital for my sugar . Was my fault for not watching my surgery better. Doining better now. I weigh 199 . Have gout very often. I need help on what kind of food to eat. Also kidney problems, Dr. has me on all natural food with nompreservates. I am doing everything I can do, please help

welcome to hcm ...besides proper medicines ..some foods are to be avoided in gout ..infact all protein rich foods as pulses are to be decreased in quantity ..protein products also to be avoided for gout ....all sweets foods are to be restricted for diabetes ..
