Hello Welcome to HCM

She is 26 years old and having depressive symptoms like poor social interaction, sad mood, bad thoughts like she want to die. You have also mentioned that she is not adjusting with family. Such type of symptoms can occur due to depression with adjustment disorder. Get her checked from a good psychiatrist for detailed opinion.
Medicines as Escitalopram, Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Sertraline etc are SSRIs which are very good antidepressant drugs and are free of side effects. These medicines will improve her negative thinking and she will function normally.
Apart from that you can consult a Psychologist for cognitive therapy and counselling. Non medicinal treatment is also one of good option.
Provide her proper family support.

Thanks
