How Can Depression Be Treated?

I have been on 120mg of Cymbalta for 15 years and feel it no longer works in managing my depression. I am going to see a psychiatrist but I am asking for an opinion regarding what medication you would recommend switching me to. I am also on 40mg of Adderall and 2mg of Klonopin.

Unfortunately there is no easy answer regarding the next step in treatment choice.
Your treating doctor will have your full history of what medication you have been on and what worked and what didnt.
The next step is switching to diff class drug but your doctor will know what you have been on previously therefore will know what to switch to if its neccessary.
I find this answer helpful
