General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you have been using these medications for more than 3 weeks with no response then your doctor can consider altering the dose of the wellbutrin to see if this helps.
This should only be done along with your doctor.

If there is no response to this change or your doctor does not believe this would be helpful then he or she , along with you, may want to consider changing to a different medication.

A change in medication or dose and intensification of counselling such as cognitive behavior therapy, would be helpful.
Cognitive behavior therapy looks at ideas, perceptions or concepts that may be affecting behavior or attitudes and finds ways of altering them.

I hope this helps
