My 4 yrs old coughs at night and then vomits..this doesn’t happen every night but once or twice a week..she had a very bad cold from which she has recovered..and she’s fine during the day ? I am clueless..had been to docs thrice they say throat chest all is fine it’s just the phlegm which is bothering her..what should I do??
Hi, As per the information provided by you the patient is having post nasal drip. So there is an increase in secretion when supine or lying down. Give the patient steam before sleeping and raise head with pillow before sleeping. If it persist than see your GP. Thanks
