How Can Constipation And Indigestion Be Treated?
Hi Doc, I am 30 year old, facing gastro problems since last one year or so. The bowel movements are not consistent. Some day it is constipating and some days it is loose. odd day it is normal. I fart a lot as well and also acidity and indigestion happens once or twice a month. I am puzzled as after primary exam my doc told me it is due to reflux disease and prescribed me medicine , I had the medicine for 10 days and those 10 days were the best days for me in last one year. Once i stopped the medicine the symptoms reoccurred in a month s time. Please help. Today I am seeing mucous and painful passage of stool(Not the piles types) .

Take H. pylori kit, avoid dairy products with fast and fatty foods. Raise your bed from head end by 15 cm.
Take Pantoprazole drug for one month, and avoid heavy meals. These are prescription drugs, so you need a prescription from the doctor to buy these.
