How Can Constant Cough And Nose Blowing Affect A Pregnant Uterus?

I am almost 20 weeks pregnant and have had a head cold for a little over a week now. I have been coughing pretty heavily at times for about 5 of those days although the coughing seems to have eased up significantly. In addition, I have been blowing my nose a lot, which seems to strain my stomach muscles. Now, for the last few days, I have had a constant, dull ache on both sides of my lower abdomen and in my lower back. Should I worry about this or is it caused by the coughing/nose blowing? I can also still feel slight movements of the baby.

excessive coughing and nose blowing leads. To strain on the intra abdominal muscles. As it raises the intra abdominal pressure. Which weakness the wall and is one of the major causes for hernias.
