Now lets come to the medication used for Nebulization. She seems to be using 2 similar medication for her breathing problems . They both contain a medicine named as salbutamol which if used in large doses can cause heart rate to rise and hence make the heart work more . Therefore it is advised to use Duolin only . Secondly there are few medications which can be given to make the heart gain power and work more efficiently.These can be prescribed by your physicians with care which may reduce you breathing difficulty also. Plus there is a medication to reduce excess fluids from the body and reduce any fluid accumulated in the lungs. These medications are called as Diuretics. As far as blood thinners are concerned , they are an important group of drugs that are given to almost all heart patients . But which blood thinner to be used is based on the other conditions like kidney problems , blood issues etc. Therefore your physician will guide you to take which of those . Two types might also be taken for increased effect if there are no risks for you . Diet plays an important role patients with cardiac failure especially with diabetes. If taking heart problem alone then there should be restriction of salt to avoid high blood pressure and increase in body fluids. Then comes the fat content which needs to contain less fat and that also unsaturated ones like olive oil etc .Animal fat should be avoided. Consuption of alcohol and smoking should be stopped and mild to moderate exercise should be done daily. In her case specifically the exercise should be mild and with some one to take care . In diabetes with heart failure it is usually advised to use insulin for diabetes control as the risk of worsening of heart condition with high blood sugar levels is great.
