How Can Completion Of Medical Abortion Be Confirmed?

Hi! I had a medical abortion a week ago and bleeding only lasted for three days. Just like my regular periods. But i dont notice any cervical mucus present rn which is not normal cause i always have cm one week after period. What s happening to me? Im so worried

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think, you should get a ultrasound done to see if the abortion was complete or not.

It will confirm if there is any retained products of pregnancy or not. Also, the bleeding was not your normal period.

So, ovulation may not happen this cycle due to hormonal imbalances. That's why you might not have got cervical mucus. It may take 2 to 3 months for you to have normal periods.
