How Can Colic In An Infant Be Treated?

Hi, my baby was born in 33 weeks with a birth weight of 2.5 kg and reduced to 2.3 the same day. We gave him Nan pro 1 due to insufficient breast milk. Post few days we switched to simyl mct powder as there was a lot of colic problem. Now my baby is 3 months Old and weighs 5.8 kg. Doctors suggested to give dexolac milk powder as according to him, simyl lacks few of the nutrients necessary for a child. Please suggest me if it is play to switch to dexolac milk graduallyand if yes then dexolac premium should be given or the normal one
