Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of cold sores around the mouth which is mainly due to viral infection due to poor immunity along with nutritional deficiency and perioral dermatitis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water. Take diet rich in fluids. Take multivitamin tablet to booster immunity of oral cavity. If your symptoms did not resolve in one week visit oral physician once and get it examined properly and start treatment as per prescription. You should take proper course of antiviral medications and avoid exposure to sunlight as it can leads to exaggeration of your symptoms.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
