How Can Chronic Lower Back Pain Be Treated?

I am 28 and have had lower lumbar pain for many years. I used to be a paramedic and lifting patients to the back of the ambulance has caused it I believe. My regular Dr and I have tried many attempts at helping my back from excersize to shock muscle theripy and nothing helps any sugestions?

I think you may have disc problem so meet a spine surgeon get examination done followed by x ray and if nothing found get mri of whole spine to see disc and spine status which helps to come to a diagnosis
