How Can Chronic Flatulence And Constipation Be Treated?

My seven year old daughter farts more often then anyone Ive ever seen in my life and some smell incredibly horrible and other times not. But it s every single day and probly every twenty mins. She in my eyes in incredibly healthy and eats really well also. Sometimes has a Tough times pooping a couple times a week. Could any of this be signs of a health issue or is does she just have great diggestion? Any thoughts ? Thanks

Hi,

It needs diet modification and life style changes as:
- Feed her plenty of fluids.
- Try a fiber-rich diet.
- Reduce consumption of meat-based products.
- Have light exercise daily in the mornings.
- Try fruits like apples, pears.
- Take light meals in the diet.

This alone will help. However, if there is no relief then report to the emergency room for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
