How Can Chronic Fibromyalgia Be Treated?

I am 62 year old morbidly obese female, diagnosed in 2003 with pulmonary hypertension and CHF. Later diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis, then slight diabetes. Vitals remain normal most of time. Have been on 3 then 6 liters of O2 24/7. Suffer from chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and osteo-arthritis, but have managed to deal with everything most of the time. Have recently (within last month) started having episodes of weakness when standing, falling down, extreme drowsiness, lack of concentration. My sister had MS at a later age and was never really able to receive treatment for it. I m basically disabled now. Where do I begin. Very discouraging.
