How can chronic cough be treated?
Hi. I ve had a cough for a little over a week and I have been piping cough drops like crazy and some times even falling asleep with them in my mouth. Now I have white patches and what looks like burns on my tongue and it s very sore. Is this because of the cough drops and if so what can I do about it?

These topical meds contain antiseptic and pain medication.
Rinsing with salt water would also help as well
