Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My mother is 71 and has had a chronic cough since she had her tonsils removed when she was 16. She has never smoked but was around second hand smoke since she married my father at 17. Her cough is really bad and at times it seems, like she blacks out for a few seconds. It has gotten worse lately. She has been to doctors more times than she can count but they have never found a reason for this. My mother is in good health but I m scared she will pass out while driving. What can we do? Which way do we go now?
