How Can Chronic Cough And Chest Congestion Be Treated?

Hi....I ve had a bad cough for 4 days. At first it was tight and now it s loose and very congested. I go through really bad coughing and I feel tired. No fever. My nose is also stuffy and congested. Does this sound like a cold or bronchitis or pneumonia? Thank you

You can use any antihistamines for cough and congestion like citerisine 10 mg twiceddaily or benadryl or zaditen. You can use decongestants like pseudoephedrin or phenylephrine. Best regards.
