I have had this major problem for years due to taking pain medication ! Just a few days ago I ended up in the Emergency Room in pain I've never felt in my like !! All I could do is sit on the toilet trying to relieve my self !!

Ok, now when I was ready to stand up which I did. I was bent so far forward it caused me to release this huge plug !! Honestly, use your imaginenation ( sp) It was a huge plug, like a large size bird egg. I was in shoct at the size and I thought to myself, no wonder I was in so much pain !! Please will you share the seriousness Of being constipation for so long. I honestly thought I was not going to make it..
Would you please help me with some suggestions of what I should do in the future to prevent this from happening again ??
