How Can Chronic Backache Be Treated?

I have chronic back pain and have been taking opioid pain meds for years. I recently was given the Fentanyl patch and have been using it for about 1 week. I ve noticed on the third day i start huritng far worse and usually get the jitters almost as if going thru withdrawel. Is this common?

hello...start tablet Amitryptilline 25 mg daily ,Tablet Pregabaline 75 mg ,,Tab calcium 500 mg daily and vitamin D sachet once weekly for4 weeks..
