General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that chronic pain in back and nerve pain can be managed with physical therapy and stretching exercises . Firstly it is important to diagnose the cause of your pain. You should consult an orthopaedic surgeon for a thorough physical examination. He may order a MRI and XRay . You can consult a good chiropractor to help with your physical therapy. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
