Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Normal blood cholesterol level is less than 200 mg/dl & triglyceride is less than 150 mg/dl. Yes, you need to take a lipid profile test, ECG, ECHOcardiography & some more investigations if required to screen out any developing cardiac pathology. Stay away from cocaine addiction, it will only add on to your health problems later. Exercise daily, eat boiled & steamed food, berries, veggies, walk daily at least 2 km & maintain healthy lifestyle to get control over your cholesterol & triglyceride levels. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
