I m 5 7, 21 and 218lbs. I went for a run this morning to add to the healthy eating I ve been doing to lose weight for just under a year. I ran 0.4 mile in six minutes a mix or walking/jogging. I was really out of breath, chest was tight, throat hurt, felt lightheaded. Even now, hours later (i went out at 7am and it s now 2pm) my chest is tight and I m coughing. Why and can i prevent it?
