How Can Chest Pain Be Treated?

Yesterday, I was painting a small cabinet for about an hour and later that evening had a cough. Took Delsyn cough syrup and had a good sleep but this morning I have chest pains. I still have the pains and it hurts when I go upstairs, when I get up from sitting, and when I walk. Is there something I can do for this? I did get over bronchitis a month ago. Hope I haven t done any permanent damage to my lungs!

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. It is better to have an ecg examination to rule out any cardiac cause of chest pain. If that is clear then consult a physician to have proper examination and x ray chest if needed to rule out any lung pathology.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
