How Can Chest Infection And Breathing Difficulty In An Infant Be Treated?

CMy child(10month) suffering from chest infection and caughing when he breathing a noise just like a asthamic ,hisTIC was(13-9-16) 19000.on this time fever also after given treatment (amicacine inj.of 5days,aciclovir 80mg TDs,azithromicine bd,cold flu syrup TDs ,caught syrup TDs)he has no fever and he also playing but his breathing noise available also plz suggested to me what I do.

as you done antibiotic course his infection gone but a respiratory tract is not 100 percent cleared so it has wheezing noise so dint worry just do nebulisation at home
