How Can Chest Congestion Be Treated?

levoflaxacin 500 mg was just prescribed for me for chest congestion. I see that it is not recommended for people who have problems with low blood sugar and tendons. I have problems with both of these. Is there a different antibiotic that would treat chest congestion without these possible adversities? Thank you. YYYY@YYYY
