How Can Cellulitis On The Lower Leg Be Treated?

Have celuitis in bottom of leg below calf right after an occurance a month ago. Now one part is leathery and hurts. Antibiotics are gone and a dialysis patient and who does not have diabetes just a disease called alports. What can I do for this problem?

I can understand your concern.
Cellulitis needs long term treatment for complete healing.
Healing can be slowed if person is having systemic diseases like diabetes or kidney or even livery disease.
Since this patient is having Alport disease (chronic renal failure) and is on dialysis, healing would be further delayed.
So superficial skin grafting (SSG) is better option.
So consult plastic surgeon and discuss about SSG in this patient.
