How Can Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Be Treated?

Is St John s Wart effective in treating Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (Tingling feeling at the finger tips, no pain), trying to isolate what I m doing to cause it, definitely not typing, not continuous use of tools, possibly during sleep I m doing something, It s in both hands more so on left than right, perhaps my posture of head (leaning forward, so I m watching that to make sure it s centered). I m wearing a wrist/forearm brace on the left write/arm. Thanks Alex
