Hello Smita
Welcome to `Ask A Doctor` service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

* As per my clinical experience, there must be underlying reason for
the recurrent urinary infection as

- vaginal infection - lack of liquids intake
- residual infection of previous episode
- sexually transmitted disorders
- gravels or calculus in the urinary system
- urine culture if not performed
- lack of oral intake

* Primary goal should be relief in symptoms and later on your OBGY
consultation to find out the cause and manage accordingly.

Feel free to post further doubts.
Thank you.
