General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Bullous edema of bladder also known as bullous cystitis, generally improves with conservative measures. Since your child doesn’t have any improvement better to go for surgical correction.
Generally, cystoscopic procedures are preferred.

Wishing you good health.

Thanks
