How Can Bronchitis Be Treated?

Hello Dr. Rynne, My son got Acute Sinusitis after Thanksgiving. He was treated with antibiotics, he stayed in bed for a week and got better. I am at his house because I babysit his two children while his wife works. I got a sore throat after that and then a cold and cough which I was battling with over the counter medicine. It comes and goes. I was better for Christmas and then the cough and the phlegm keeps returns and I am sick again. Along with a runny nose. I had pneumonia at 10 years old. My symptoms are more like bronchitis. I am now 67 and need to be back to work on Tuesday with the kids. I know I need rest and to drink lots of fluids. Do you think I should see a doctor and get on antibiotics to knock it out? Thank you so much! I need your advice!
