How Can Breast Cancer Be Treated?

I have been recently diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer, and following radiation have been taking daily Temoxifin. Just wanting to hear expert advice on side affects associated with this medication and if I have other options I should be asking my medical oncologist about.

It is highly effective drug used in prevention as well as treatment in Carcinoma breast.Common side effects include irregular periods, weight loss, and hot flashes.Surgery followed by radiation is treatment of choice.
you are already on hormobal therapy post radiation so you should not worry
